Cardrona Apres Ski activities can be found at the Mezz Bar upstairs on the second floor in the base lodge. You also have the option to stay on the main floor. That's it. Bring your own party. Activities at the base fade quickly after the lifts close.

Dining And Where To Eat:

Cardrona on-mountain Dining:

There are four on-mountain dining options with additional options for a quick snack:

  • Main Lodge: The Base Cafe on the first floor of the base lodge hosts a cafeteria style food service. Next to the cafeteria is the "Base Bar" which has some additional food choices.
  • Main Lodge (2nd floor): Restaurant style service is available upstairs in the base lodge at "The Mezz". The Mezz restaurant stays open the latest and is open every night.
  • Noodle Bar: Asian style noodles and sushi are available from the "Noodle Bar" located on the top floor of the Snow Sports HQ building nearest to the beginner area.
  • Capitain's Cafe: Pizzeria at the base of the Captain's Express quad lift
  • Vista Bar: snacks and drinks at the top of McDougall's Chondola
  • Little Meg Cafe: snacks and drinks at the base of the Valley View Quad

There is no town or village at Cardrona so your options are limited to the resort facilities. Most visitors will stay in accommodations in Queenstown and maybe a few may even stay in Wanaka where you can find many dining and nightlife options.

Cardrona Bars, Night Life and Activities:

There is no nightlife at Cardrona. Queenstown is a local epicenter of pubs, restaurants and bars where nightlife flourishes.
